At Allianz Global Assistance India, our focus is the customer. Our goal is to provide a consistently high standard of customer service by creating value for our customers through our unique value delivery systems. Our team has a strong track record in customer service in the automotive and financial industries.

We commenced our business operations in India, as Mondial Assistance, in November 2007. Since then we have grown steadily, building our competence around our core services including automotive assistance and customer management, all delivered in the name of our clients’ brand.

We are as a quality service provider in the Indian assistance industry and we have developed one of the best delivery teams in the country. I believe we have changed the face of the assistance industry in India by contributing many firsts including:

  • ISO certification towards assistance centre processes

In addition, we are strategically placed as a one-stop-shop data processing solution provider for domestic and international clients.

Ashwin Juneja, Chief Executive Officer, India

Ashwin joined AGA India in January 2014 with more than 19 years experience in the financial services sector. He joined DBS Bank in India in 2005 as Vice President in the Institutional Banking Group, taking on various roles during his 8 years at DBS. Most recently, as Senior Vice President and Head of North India for DBS, Ashwin was responsible for all business segments operating in North India to include large corporates, middle market, SME and consumer banking.

Prior to DBS, Ashwin spent over 5 years with Standard Chartered where he was a Senior Relationship Manager in the Corporate Bank, managing large multinational corporates. He started his career with Citibank in Mumbai in 1994. Ashwin has an MBA from the University of Rochester as well as a Bachelor and Masters of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Puneet Sachdeva, Chief Finance Officer, Allianz Global Assistance India and South East Asia

Puneet Sachdeva is responsible for overall finance of Allianz Global Assistance India.

He has varied experience of Controllership, Taxation, Planning Corporate Finance, Treasury and Financial Analysis. He has effectively lead teams and has been an active contributor to Multi-Functional tasks.

He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant holds a Masters Diploma in Business Administration.
