We will operate the most modern equipment in India today and will deliver service levels that were previously impossible to achieve. An Allianz Global Assistance Recovery Truck Driver or “Roadside Recovery Operator” will set the standards that all other companies try to follow and will be part of a truly professional roadside assistance organization.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Clean LCV driving license
Fluent in oral and written Hindi and English
Personal characteristics :
Reliable and self motivated individual who is capable of adding value the existing Allianz Global Assistance team
Enthusiastic communicator who is capable of making a customer feel cared for
Basic mechanical aptitude
Good appearance
Specific duties, responsibilities or requirements:
Willingness to work on a 24 hour shift pattern
Drive safely and considerately while ensuring the fastest possible arrival time
Communicate effectively and politely with our customers
Take care of the customers vehicle and ensure safe practices when working
Carry out basic repairs (jump starting and wheel change)
