A Allianz Global Assistance Roadside Assistance Technician “Customer Service Engineer” will set the standards that all other companies try to follow and will be part of a truly professional roadside assistance organization.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• ITI certificate (Automobile)

• Clean passenger vehicle driving licence

• Clean LCV driving license would be an advantage

• Fluent in oral and written Hindi and English

Personal characteristics :

• Reliable and self motivated individual who is capable of adding value the existing Allianz Global Assistance team

• Enthusiastic communicator who is capable of making a customer feel cared for.

• Good appearance

Specific duties, responsibilities or requirements :

• Drive safely and considerately while ensuring the fastest possible arrival time

• Communicate effectively and politely with our customers

• Take care of the customers vehicle and ensure safe practices when working

• Carry out roadside repairs to a high standard
