Message from Rajesh Sethi, Regional CEO - India and South East Asia - Allianz Global Assistance
We commenced our business operations in India, as Mondial Assistance, in November 2007. Since then we have grown steadily, building our competence around our core services including automotive assistance and customer management, all delivered in the name of our clients’ brand.
We are as a quality service provider in the Indian assistance industry and we have developed one of the best delivery teams in the country. I believe we have changed the face of the assistance industry in India by contributing many firsts including:

Rajesh joined Allianz Global Assistance India as Chief Executive Officer in April 2008. He has over 18 years of experience in wide range of industries like Financial Services, Automotive, Engineering, Insurance and Retail.
He has strong general management skills coupled with sound business acumen to develop and manage Profit & Growth centers from start up to significant Net Income contributors. His areas of professional expertise include strategic alliances, positioning companies and defining business processes towards sustainable business growth. He is a GE Certified Quality Green Belt.
Rajesh is a distinguished speaker and a business coach for developing and managing large businesses while keeping team empowered, informed and energetic. He is best described as an Inspiring leader, energetic, enterprising, assertive, passionate and goal oriented. He has a strong financial acumen and displays the ability to challenge conventional wisdom and create solutions.
Rajesh completed the Executive Education Program from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Rajesh received his Professional Diploma in International Business from All India Management Association.
Puneet Sachdeva is responsible for overall finance of Allianz Global Assistance India.
He has varied experience of Controllership, Taxation, Planning Corporate Finance, Treasury and Financial Analysis. He has effectively lead teams and has been an active contributor to Multi-Functional tasks.
He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant holds a Masters Diploma in Business Administration.
Harish is responsible for overall customer service delivery of the organization.
He is a sales and marketing professional with experience in customer centric service delivery.He has 18 years of experience in running businesses with P&L responsibility across various industries like automotive, FMCG, and telecom. He is a certified Six Sigma champion.
He has a Master's degree in Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur and is a Mechanical Engineer from BITS, MESRA.
Prosonjit is responsible for driving high impact Strategic Initiatives and Quality Projects in India, Singpore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
He has worked towards the end-to-end implementation of processes focused around customer centricity and service excellence. Prosonjit is a Six Sigma Black Belt professional and is Blue Belt trained in OPEX.A certified White Belt Trainer, he has mentored various projects to build a robust service delivery platform.
He has a Master's degree in Business Administration from IIM Lucknow and is a Computer Science Engineer.
